Vanessa Yanez

Senior PR Manager, Hewlett-Packard

Vanessa Yanez is a senior PR Manager with Hewlett-Packard's (HP), Corporate Strategy & Technology PR team supporting HP Labs' senior vice president Prith Banerjee and the Office of Intellectual Property Licensing.

Prior to this role she managed media relations for HP's enterprise division Technology Solutions Group (TSG) executive vice president, Ann Livermore and led TSG's overall business press relations effort. She was selected an HP TSG "Marketing All-Star" in 2007.

Prior to joining HP, Yanez was a PR manager for Sun Microsystems’ enterprise business and worked for Ketchum Public Relations' Global Technology Practice, where she was a SABRE and Silver Anvil public relations award winner. She is currently affiliated with HP's Mentor Match program and Silicon Valley American Marketing Association.
